Company Overview
Mirana is a global investment firm that focuses on Web3 technologies, supporting early-stage projects and Web3 funds. The firm looks for early stage deals that have strategic synergies with our sister projects (centralized exchange, Ethereum-based modular blockchain), and ROI-driven deals with a return profile of 3-5 years. Mirana also provides deal structuring, legal, and other advisory services for Web3 projects, including BitDAO, Mantle Network, Game7.
Role
- Support Mirana and our clients in structuring buy-side and sell-side deals applying Tradfi discipline to terms sheets, including liquidation preference, investor protections, and other risk mitigation strategies.
- Produce investment committee-facing memos, focusing on a critical analysis of valuation comparable, business models, and business risks.
- Conduct sector analysis on selected Web3 technologies, through self research and aggregating feedback from business teams, product teams, and other subject matter experts.
Requirements

2+ years negotiations and structuring experience, as part of investment bank, private equity, family office, venture fund, or internal mergers & acquisitions department. 5+ years overall experience in Tradfi.

Excellent formal writing and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.

Experience in presenting to senior leadership, focusing on information succinctness and relevancy.

Fast turnaround time for analysis and documents (1-5 days).

Keen interest in Web3, particularly Ethereum infrastructure (modular blockchain) and revenue generation businesses.
